Terms of service.
The short version: be 18+, do not generate illegal or non-consensual content, your subscription is non-refundable, and you own what you make. Full text below.
1. Acceptance
By creating a getvivix account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use getvivix. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use getvivix. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the service.
3. Use of service
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful content, or to infringe on the rights of others.
4. User-generated content
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or generate using getvivix. You warrant that your use of the service does not violate any applicable law, intellectual property right, or third party's rights.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use getvivix to: (a) generate or upload content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts (CSAM); (b) generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons; (c) generate AI presenter, talking-portrait, or custom-voice content using the likeness of any third party without their explicit written consent (this includes public figures, celebrities, politicians, deceased persons, and fictional characters owned by another party); (d) use AI-generated content involving a human likeness to deceive viewers about the identity of the speaker (no fake endorsements, no manufactured "leaked" videos, no impersonation); (e) generate content intended to facilitate illegal activity; (f) circumvent our content filters or moderation system. 6. AI-generated content
Videos and other outputs are generated by third-party AI models. getvivix does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You take responsibility for how you use and distribute the content you generate.
7. Credits & billing
getvivix is a subscription service. Each tier provides a credit allotment for one 30-day window. Subscription credits expire 30 days from the day you subscribed (or last topped up) and do not roll over to the next 30-day window — re-subscribe to receive a fresh allotment. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including any unspent credits. Free-tier daily drops are use-it-or-lose-it within 24 hours.
8. Cooperation with law enforcement
We cooperate with lawful takedown requests, subpoenas, and law enforcement inquiries. We may preserve and disclose account information, content metadata, and generation history as required by law or valid legal process.
9. Termination for violation
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report violations to relevant authorities at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold getvivix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
