Vivix is a subscription service. Subscribe to a tier and you get a credit allotment for one 30-day window. Generations are paid for with credits — the exact credit cost is shown on each model card before you click run. The free tier gives you 30 credits on signup plus 30 free credits dropped daily.

Free is $0. Standard is $10 per 30 days for 10,000 credits + 80 clip credits. Pro is $15 per 30 days for 15,000 credits + 120 clip credits. Ultimate is $50 per 30 days for 50,000 credits + 400 clip credits.

Yes — Vivix is a subscription service. Pick a tier (Standard, Pro, or Ultimate) for a 30-day credit allotment, or stick with the free tier for daily drops while you decide.

Subscribe to a tier (Standard / Pro / Ultimate) for a fresh 30-day credit allotment, or redeem a gift card. Gift cards stack on top of your subscription wallet.

No. All Vivix purchases are final and non-refundable, even if you have not spent any credits — credits are currency, and we cannot refund currency. Use the free tier (30 credits on signup plus 30 dropped daily) to evaluate Vivix before subscribing.

Yes. Subscription credits expire 30 days from the day you subscribed (or last topped up). Credits do not roll over to the next 30-day window — re-subscribe and you receive a fresh credit allotment. Free-tier daily drops are also use-it-or-lose-it within 24 hours.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month — cancel any time from your account settings. Your active 30-day window stays valid until the end of that cycle.

Yes — through approved resellers only. The list of approved resellers will be published soon. Vivix does not sell gift cards directly.

A credit is the unit Vivix uses to bill generations. The exact credit cost for every generation is shown on the model card before you click run.

A clip credit is a separate wallet for Caption Studio (auto-caption + 9:16 export). 1 clip credit = 1 captioned export. Free tier: 1 clip credit. Standard: 80. Pro: 120. Ultimate: 400. Clip credits never deduct from your normal credit balance.

Video generations start from a few hundred credits on the fastest models and scale up depending on resolution and length. The exact cost is shown on each model card before you click run.

Free tier: 30 credits self-claim every 24 hours via the dashboard banner. Standard: 60 credits/day auto-credited. Pro: 80/day. Ultimate: 100/day.

Generations pause until you top up. You'll see a low-balance banner with a link to /pricing. Existing generations in flight complete normally; new ones require a positive balance.

Different models cost different amounts to run — top-tier 4K video models cost more than fast 720p models. The exact cost for each model is always shown before you click generate.

Vivix runs Runway Gen-4.5 alongside every other major frontier model — Sora, Veo, Kling, Wan, Seedance, Hailuo, FLUX — and charges per generation instead of per month. Vivix is the Runway alternative that includes Runway.

Sora is one model. Vivix is over 100, including Sora. Vivix is a video-specialised aggregator focused on creator workflows. One subscription gives you Sora 2, Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Runway Gen-4.5, and the rest — instead of paying separate subscriptions to each provider.

Kling 3.0 is one of 100+ models inside Vivix. Vivix adds Sora, Veo, Runway, Wan, Seedance, MiniMax, and the rest. You get Kling AND everything else for less than separate subscriptions to each.

Pika and Veo are individual models. Vivix unifies the entire frontier — Pika integration is on the roadmap; Veo 3.1 (all variants) is already live. The point of Vivix is "one studio, every model" rather than committing to one provider.

ChatGPT and Gemini are general-purpose chat assistants. Vivix is a video-specialised creator studio that aggregates frontier video, image, audio, and LLM models into one subscription, with the exact credit cost shown before every generation.

Yes — all paid tier output is licensed for commercial use. Free tier output is personal use only. Each underlying model provider may have its own additional commercial-use restrictions, summarised on the model's detail page.

English, Arabic (with full right-to-left layout), Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. All UI strings are human-translated, not auto-machine.

Yes — full right-to-left UI. Layout, typography, navigation, and content are all flipped correctly.

Most images: 5-20 seconds. Short videos at 720p: 30-90 seconds. Long videos and 4K: 1-4 minutes. The Studio shows a live progress bar with ETA on every generation.

You are not charged for failed generations — the credit deduction is reversed automatically within seconds. The studio shows a clear error and suggests a retry, usually with a recommendation if the prompt was the cause.
