How are credits used?
Every generation shows the exact credit cost on the model card before you click run — so you always know what each one will cost. If a generation fails, the system automatically reverses the credit deduction.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Subscribe to a tier (Standard, Pro, or Ultimate) to receive a fresh credit allotment, or wait for your daily drop if you are on the free tier.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits expire 30 days from the day you subscribed (or last topped up) and do not roll over to the next 30-day window. Re-subscribe and you receive a fresh allotment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your active 30-day window stays valid until the end of the current cycle.
Are purchases refundable?
No. All getvivix purchases are final and non-refundable, even if you have not spent any credits — credits are currency, and we cannot refund currency. The free tier (3 signup credits + 3 dropped daily) is the way to evaluate getvivix before subscribing.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets 3 free credits on signup, plus 3 free credits dropped each day on the free tier. Use it to evaluate getvivix before subscribing.
How does API access work?
Pro and Ultimate tiers unlock the getvivix API — same models and same credit wallet as the web app, callable over HTTP. Pro is rate-limited to 240 requests/minute with 5 concurrent jobs; Ultimate gets 600 req/min and 20 concurrent. Generate a key in Settings → API & Webhooks once you upgrade.
