Acceptable use.

The short version: only upload your own face and your own voice — or get explicit written consent from the person depicted. No public figures, no celebrities, no impersonation, no non-consensual intimate content, no minors. We moderate uploads and remove violations; repeat violators lose their account.

1. Who this applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every getvivix user. It supplements our Terms of Service and governs the kinds of content you can generate, upload, and distribute using getvivix tools — especially the AI presenter, custom-voice, and character-creation features that involve a human likeness.

2. Identity & consent — the core rule

When you upload a portrait, voice recording, or any biometric input to getvivix, you confirm that (a) the likeness is your own, or (b) you have the explicit written consent of the person depicted, and (c) you have the legal right to use that likeness for the specific purpose you intend. We may at any time ask for proof of consent. If you cannot produce it, the content is removed and your account may be suspended.

3. Public figures, celebrities, politicians

You may not upload portraits, voice samples, or other biometric data of public figures (actors, musicians, athletes, politicians, executives, social-media personalities, fictional characters owned by another party) for the purpose of animating them, having them speak, or generating new content in their likeness. This applies even if the source image is publicly available, even if the person is deceased, and even if the use is satirical or parodic.

4. No impersonation or identity deception

You may not use getvivix to create content intended to deceive viewers about the identity of the speaker. This includes (but is not limited to): fake political statements, manufactured "leaked" videos, false endorsements, fraudulent customer-service videos, or any synthetic media presented as a real recording. AI-generated content involving a human likeness must be clearly identifiable as AI-generated when distributed publicly.

5. No non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

Generating, uploading, or distributing sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content involving real persons without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes AI-generated content depicting real persons in such contexts. Violations are reported to the appropriate authorities under applicable law, including the US TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025) and equivalent legislation.

6. No minors

Under no circumstances may you generate, upload, or distribute sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors (persons under 18), or content that could reasonably be interpreted as depicting minors in such contexts. We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent authorities in your jurisdiction, regardless of intent.

7. Adult / NSFW content

getvivix is a safe-for-work platform. Generation of pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult content is not permitted, even between consenting adults and even when not involving real persons. Our moderation system blocks prompts and outputs that fall into these categories.

8. Voice cloning and custom voices

When using custom-voice or voice-recording features, the same identity-and-consent rule applies: the voice must be your own, or you must have explicit written consent from the person whose voice you are using. You may not train a custom voice on a public figure, an interview clip you do not own rights to, or any audio you did not lawfully acquire.

9. Other prohibited uses

You may not use getvivix to: (a) generate or distribute content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; (b) facilitate harassment, doxxing, or stalking of any individual; (c) infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights of third parties; (d) generate content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; (e) generate content that depicts or promotes illegal activity; (f) circumvent or attempt to circumvent our content filters, moderation system, or rate limits.

10. Moderation & enforcement

getvivix runs automated content moderation on every generation. Uploads and outputs that match prohibited categories are blocked at generation time. Manual review may be triggered by user reports, automated risk signals, or compliance audits. Enforcement actions, in escalating severity, are: prompt rewrite, generation block, output removal, feature suspension, account suspension, account termination, and — for the most serious violations — reporting to law enforcement.

11. Reporting violations

If you encounter content on getvivix that you believe violates this AUP — including content depicting you, someone you know, or anyone without their consent — please report it immediately to dmca@getvivix.com. For copyright and IP-specific notices follow the DMCA process at /dmca. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and act on validated reports within 7 days.

12. Cooperation with payment processors and law enforcement

getvivix cooperates with our payment processors, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and law enforcement agencies on lawful inquiries related to AUP violations. We may preserve and disclose account information, generation history, and uploaded content as required by law or valid legal process, and we may freeze accounts pending the outcome of such inquiries.

13. Updates to this policy

We update this AUP from time to time as the regulatory environment evolves and as new abuse patterns emerge. Material changes will be communicated by email and by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of getvivix after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
