DMCA takedown policy.
Email dmca@getvivix.com with "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject. Include the six required elements below. We acknowledge within two business days.
1. Overview
getvivix respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice using the process described below.
2. How to submit a takedown notice
Send a written notice to dmca@getvivix.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Your notice must include all of the elements listed in the next section. Incomplete notices will not be processed.
3. Required elements of a valid notice
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include: (1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered). (3) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., a direct URL). (4) Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. (5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. (6) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
4. What happens after we receive your notice
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. We may also forward the notice to the user.
5. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@getvivix.com. A valid counter-notice must include: (1) Your physical or electronic signature. (2) Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal. (3) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. (4) Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
6. Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

All DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent by email to: dmca@getvivix.com — Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice". We aim to acknowledge notices within 2 business days.
